Leaders Lounge last night was a dream. An authentic, honest, open safe space I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Ladies it was such a joy to spend quality time with you all.
The laughter I mean belly laughter, the stories we all shared and tears that flowed, reminded me of the importance of togetherness, having a safe space, a sounding board and more importantly being able to just sit down without a care in the world.I loved that everyone had a story that was so relatable to the rest of the room, again reminding me that even when it feels like we can be alone in our story, the reality is we are a character in a much bigger musical of life. To the leading ladies, the super hero’s that attended, Golden Nachos, Rainbow Ackee and Saltfish, Pink chicken wing, Red Spicy Prawns, Brown Sushi, Purple Jerk Chop, Red Jerk Salmon remember you all have a very specific piece of homework and I need to see the evidence.Thank you so much for making the first leaders Lounge so special, thank you to Danes Catering for the outstanding meal, I don’t even know where to start with that apple crumble lol!
Leaders Lounge is a truly unique space, unlike any other, everything that is in the space is thought through, from the location to the food and even the resources, they are all designed to empower and inspire. The reality is that this is the type of space I needed in my own journey and so I created it because I know there are other women out there like me who need it too. So if you are intrigued and didnt attend this leaders Lounge look out for the next one.
